Forms can be mailed, or sent as an attachment via email to
Registrar Contact  

 Email Instructions:
1. Fill out the form on your computer.
2. Copy and past it into a document.
3. All other required information can also be sent in an attached document format.
3. Send the document to Registrar Contact  or pastor@hisglory.us
 

Snail Mail Instructions:
1. Print out the form.
2. Fill out the form and mail it to New Geneva PO Box 778 Appomattox VA 24522
